Our Team
Our team brings experience from both sides of the accreditation process. We offer our experience from within outpatient surgery centers as nurses and managers and as consultants who have worked alongside centers for over 30 years to facilitate the compliance process.
Like you, we have a passion and drive to serve communities. We do this work to have a real impact and to help you do the same for your patients. We take our work as seriously as you do, and we are constantly seeking improvement in our work with our clients.
Our Story
Grey & Co. Inc. is a family business started by our President, Mitzi Grey, in 1993.
As a Director of Nurses, she successfully helped her small, critical care hospital prepare for their accreditation survey. When a gastroenterology center up the street heard about her work, they asked for her help with their own survey.
Since then Mitzi and our team have worked to improve and perfect our accreditation outline and resources.
We know that every center is different, and we customize and individualize based on the specialty, the center, and other variables.
We work with Endoscopy, Surgery, and Dermatology centers throughout the Southeastern United States to get you through the Accreditation process and/or ASC Licensure and Certificate of Need. We also offer Benchmarking services and Virtual Courses for Nurse Managers and ASC staff.
