Meet your instructor
Mitzi Grey, RN, BSN, MEd.
Prior to starting Grey & Co. Inc. in 1993, Mitzi served as the Director of Nurses for a small critical access hospital. It was here that she prepared for, and facilitated her first accreditation survey. When other centers asked her for help doing the same, Mitzi saw a need that she was confident she could fill, and soon Grey & Co. was born.
Mitzi obtained a BSN from UNC-Greensboro and a MEd from East Carolina University. Mitzi has consulted and published in the area of quality improvement and survey preparation for over 30 years. She is also certified in Nursing Professional Development through ANCC and serves as one of 8 national faculty members providing training to those seeking certification.
